刘庄煤矿掘进作业仍采用"综掘机掘进、单体临时支护、拉移皮带机尾延伸"等传统工艺,矿井走"机械化换人、自动化减人"路线,引进并应用了快速掘进技术。应用效果表明,快速掘进技术具有安全高效、设备集约化自动化水平高的特点,掘进效率显著提高。

The tunneling operation of Liuzhuang Coal Mine still adopts traditional techniques such as tunneling with comprehensive tunneling machine,temporary support of single unit,and extension of belt conveyor tail,and the mine takes the route of"mechanized substitution of personnel,automated reduction of personnel",and introduces and applies rapid excavation technology.The application effect shows that the rapid excavation technology has the characteristics of safety,high efficiency,and high level of equipment intensive automation,and the excavation efficiency has been significantly improved.
