2010-2019年北京市延庆区居民伤害死因分析

Analysis on death causes of injury among residents in Yanqing district of Beijing,2010-2019

目的了解北京市延庆区居民伤害死亡水平及对健康的危害,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用死亡率、标化死亡率、死因顺位等指标对2010-2019年延庆区伤害死亡监测数据进行分析。结果2010-2019年延庆区伤害死亡率为51.82/10万,标化死亡率为40.25/10万,占总死亡的7.45%。交通事故、意外跌落、自杀、意外中毒和淹死占伤害死亡前5位。2019年伤害标化死亡率36.45/10万较2010年(36.36/10万)上升0.25%;男性(53.42/10万)高于女性(26.57/10万);0~14岁组以淹死和交通事故为主;15~44岁组和45~64岁组首位死因为道路交通事故;≥65岁组以意外跌落为主。结论延庆区居民伤害死亡居全死因第5位,严重威胁着居民的生命健康,应采取有效防控措施,降低其发生和死亡,提高居民的生活质量。

Objective To understand the level of injury deaths and health hazards of residents in Yanqing district of Beijing,and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control.Methods The injury death surveillance data of Yanqing district of Beijing from 2010 to 2019 was analyzed using death rate,standardized mortality rate and rank of death causes.Results Among residents in Yanqing district from 2010 to 2019,the injury mortality rate was 51.82/100000 and the standardized mortality rate was 40.25/100000,accounting for 7.45%of the total deaths.Traffic accidents,accidental falls,suicide,accidental poisoning and drowning accounted the trop 5 injury deaths.The standardized mortality rate of injuries in 2019(36.45/100000)increased by 0.25%compared with that in 2010(36.36/100000);the injury mortality rate in males(53.42/100000)was higher than that in females(26.56/100000).Drowning and traffic accidents were the main causes of death in the 0-14 age group;road traffic accidents were the first cause of death in the 15-44 and 45-64 age groups;accidental falls were the main cause of death in the equal and more than 65 age group.Conclusions Injury death of residents in Yanqing district ranks 5th in the all causes of death,which seriously threatens the life and health of residents.The effective prevention and control measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence and death of injuries and improve the quality of life of residents.
