摘要
目的:探讨进行有针对性减压状态的运动锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者治疗后疗效巩固的作用。方法:将108例经治疗后能正常生活和工作,临床症状消失或基本消失的LDH患者随机均分为实验、对照两组,实验组进行有计划有针对性的运动锻炼,对照组只是正常日常生活不参加有计划的体育活动,实验两年;在实验前后对两组分别进行腰椎L2-4正位骨密度测定。结果:实验组的正位骨密度,明显优于对照组(P<0.01);实验组有2例病情复发,均进行了一次非手术治疗,8例病情有反复,44例正常;对照组有9例病情复发,进行过一次手术治疗,11例均一次非手术治疗,12例病情有反复,22例正常。实验组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中轻度腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗后进行有针对性的运动锻炼是巩固LDH治疗疗效的有效方法。
Purpose to explore the effect of exercise and exercise in the state of targeted decompression on the consolidation of curative effect in patients with lumbar disc protrusion(LDH).Methods a total of 108 LDH patients who were able to live and work normally after treatment and whose clinical symptoms disappeared or basically disappeared were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group.The experimental group received planned and targeted exercise,while the control group only did not participate in planned sports activities in normal daily life.The experiment lasted for two years.The bone mineral density of L2,4was measured before and after the experiment.Results the normal bone density of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);In the experimental group,2 patients had disease recurrence and received a non-surgical treatment;8 patients had disease recurrence and 44 patients were normal.In the control group,9 patients had disease recurrence and received surgical treatment once,11 patients received non-surgical treatment once,12 patients had disease recurrence and 22 patients were normal.Experimental group is better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion targeted exercise is an effective method to consolidate the therapeutic effect of LDH in patients with moderate and mild lumbar disc herniation.
