摘要 为改善3-6岁学龄前儿童体质弱势群体的体质健康状况,本文以《国民体质测定标准手册(幼儿部分)》为依据,综合运用文献资料法、体质测量法、实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,进行了为期3个月的运动干预试验研究,以期验证实验假设:周期性、规律性的运动干预可以提高3-6岁学龄前儿童体质弱势群体的体质健康状况。结论表明,周期性、规律性的运动干预可以有效改善3-6岁学龄前儿童体质弱势群体的体质健康状况,且对身体素质发育水平的影响高于身体形态。 In order to improve the physical health status of physically vulnerable groups of pre-school children aged 3-6 years,this paper,based on the Manual of National Physical Fitness Measurement Standards(Early Childhood Part),conducts a three-month exercise intervention experiment based on the"National Physical Measurement Standard Manual(Early Childhood Part)",using literature,physical measurement,experimental,statistical,logical analysis and other research methods,with a view to verifying the experimental hypothesis that periodic and regular exercise intervention can improve the physical health of pre-school children aged 3-6 years.The conclusions show that periodic and regular exercise intervention can effectively improve the physical health status of vulnerable groups of preschool children aged 3-6 years,and the effect on the level of physical fitness development is higher than that of physical form.
