摘要
宜春市某污水处理厂建设规模为4万m^(3)/d,存在污染物进水浓度逐步增加、CODC_(r)和NH_(3)-N进水浓度有时大大超出设计值、部分设备落后老化、消毒单元效果不理想、无法适应更高的环保新要求等问题。经过充分思考和认证,提出强化氧化沟曝气、增设专用的酶浮填料以及深度处理等设计改造方案,以及基于酶浮填料配套的不停水施工方案并予以实施。结果表明:(1)酶浮填料解决了污水处理厂改扩建空间不足问题;(2)不停水施工不仅降低了停水施工的污染和安全隐患,而且缩短了施工时间;(3)提标改造后出水水质可达GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中一级A标准。
The scale of a wastewater treatment plant in Yichun city is 40000 m^(3)/d.Some problems exist,such as the influent concentration increases,CODC_(r)and ammonia nitrogen of the influent sometimes greatly exceeds the design concentration,some equipment is aging,the effect of disinfection is unreliable,unable to adapt to the new requirements and so on.The project design team put forward the modification schemes,such as enhanced oxidation ditch aeration,adding special enzyme floating filler and enhanced advanced treatment,and then designed accordingly.At the same time,a nonstop water construction scheme based on enzyme floating filler is used.The results show that the use of enzymatic filler solved the problem of insufficient space for the reconstruction and expansion of the wastewater treatment plant.The no water cut-off construction reduced the pollution and safety risks of tradional construction,and shortened the construction time.The effluent can reach the first class A standard of GB 18918—2002"Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municical Wastewater Treatment Plant"well.
