基于计划行为理论的大学生体育锻炼行为比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 以浙江省7所普通高校非体育专业2100名学生为调查对象,分析不同年级、性别、体育人口组/非体育人口组学生体育锻炼行为的异同。调查结果显示:性别对学生体育锻炼态度产生显著影响;大部分高校学生无固定体育锻炼时间,多数选择下午和晚上;学生更有意愿选择结伴锻炼的形式,优先选择本校场馆和公益性的锻炼场所;体育人口与非体育人口在具体锻炼时间、同一活动参与度上有显著差异。基于计划行为理论,提出加强校园体育基础设施建设,发挥同伴引领的积极作用,体育教师要内化所学、因材施教,提高大学生体育锻炼的认知和行为等建议。 Based on 2100 non-physical education students from 7 universities in Zhejiang Province,the similarities and differences of physical exercise behaviors of students in different grades,genders,sports population groups and non-sports population groups were analyzed.The results show that gender has a significant impact on students'physical exercise attitude;Most college students have no fixed time for physical exercise,most choose afternoon and evening;Students are more willing to choose the form of group exercise,preferentially choose the school venues and public welfare exercise places;There are significant differences between sports population and non-sports population in specific exercise time and participation in the same activity.Based on the theory of planned behavior,some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the construction of campus sports infrastructure,giving play to the positive role of peer guidance,physical education teachers should internalize what they have learned,teaching students according to their aptitude,and improving the cognition and behavior of college students in physical exercise.
