摘要
“一带一路”倡议和5G技术为四川藏羌彝饮食文化的空间体验带来了新的机遇和挑战,迫切需要立足饮食文化的差异化、个性化和包容性特点,加大资源扶持力度,积极发挥云智慧功能,补齐发展短板,加强品牌保护,挖掘饮食非遗资源,创新营销方式,构建云时代的饮食空间体验模式,确保四川饮食文化的多元化、国际化和品牌化。
The“Belt and Road”initiative and 5G technology have brought new opportunities and challenges to the spatial experience of Tibetan,Qiang and Yi food culture in Sichuan.They call for the preservation of the differences,individuality and inclusiveness of food culture.Such being the case,there is an urgent need to strengthen the support of resources,make up for the shortcomings in development,give full play to the function of cloud wisdom,strengthen the protection of brands,explore intangible cultural heritage stories of food and drink,and innovate ways of marketing.Efforts should also be made to construct the experience mode of dining space in the cloud age to ensure the diversity of Sichuan food culture,and add to the reputation of Sichuan food brands.Only in this way can Sichuan food survive the fierce competition and go global.
