后疫情时代酒店用工模式创新研究 被引量:1

On Innovation of Employment Pattern of Hotels in the Post-Epidemic Period

摘要 通过找出酒店用工的痛点,转变以往成本控制的角度,试图从收益管理的视角研究酒店用工模式的创新方法和实践。一方面引入新技术员工,提高人力产能和企业收益;另一方面提高用工效率,降低企业成本。具体表现为优化组织架构,提高人员效率;应用新技术部分代替人工,减少用工需求;当用工需求突增时,第三方平台提供外援,并提高职能职级制员工和外部帮工的薪酬和积极性,最终从根本上解决酒店用工矛盾。 Locating the pain spot,this article studies the innovations of hotel employment from the perspective of revenue management rather than the more traditional perspective of cost control.It finds that two ways can help solve the problem:recruit new technology talents to improve the human capacity and enterprise benefit;and improve the working efficiency and reduce enterprise costs.More specifically,personnel efficiency can be improved by optimizing the structure of the company.Demands for talents can be reduced by replacing some laborers with new technology.The third platforms may supply external help when demands for human resources in hotel industry increase rapidly.Besides,payments are to be improved so that both the employees and external helpers will work more enthusiastically.With these measures taken,the problem is more likely to be solved.At last,it has theoretical significance and practical value on solving the employment contradiction.
