摘要
运用重大危险源辨识和故障树分析法对抚州某液氨储存充装项目火灾爆炸危险性进行定性定量分析,总结归纳致使液氨储存项目火灾爆炸发生的相关因素,得出该项目属于危险化学品一级重大危险源的结论,并针对性提出预防事故发生的相关措施和技术手段。
Using the major hazard identification and fault tree analysis method,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the fire and explosion risk of a liquid ammonia storage and filling project in Fuzhou,summarizes the relevant factors leading to the fire and explosion of the liquid ammonia storage project,draws the conclusion that the project belongs to a major hazard source of hazardous chemicals,and puts forward relevant measures and technical means to prevent accidents.
