Potassium fluosilicate method is an analytical method for the determination of high content silica in quartz sand.The factors affecting the determination of silica content were analyzed from the aspects of sample melting,leaching,filtration and titration,and the precautions and improved methods were put forward to improve the accuracy and precision of the determination results.
