摘要
通过超声辅助王水消解-原子荧光光谱法同时测定土壤中砷、汞的含量。优化选择最佳的超声处理时间、预还原剂加入量、稳定时间以及仪器工作条件。结果表明:砷、汞的质量浓度范围分别为0-50μg/L、0-5μg/L时与荧光强度值有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限分别为砷0.026 mg/kg,汞0.0082 mg/kg。该方法具有消解温度低(降低汞损失)、操作简单、无须转移容器、普及性强、消解快速等优点。检出限、准确度和精密度均满足检测要求,适用于目前大批量土壤样品砷、汞同时测定的分析检测工作。
The research for simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in soil by ultrasonic assisted aqua regia digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied.The optimal ultrasonic treatment time,pre reducing agent dosage,stabilization time and working conditions of the instrument were optimized.The results showed that the concentrations of As and Hg had good liner relationship with the fluorescence intensity in the range of As 0-50μg/L,Hg 0-5μg/L.The correlation coefficients were all more than 0.999.The detection limits of As and Hg were 0.026,0.0082 mg/kg,respectively.The method had the advantages of low digestion temperature(to reduce mercury loss),simple operation,no transfer container,high popularity and fast digestion,and the detection limit,accuracy and precision met the detection requirements.It was suitable for the simultaneous determination of arsenic/mercury in large quantities of soil samples.
