摘要
豆瓣菜为十字花科豆瓣菜属(Nasturtium R.Br.)植物,是英国和我国南方地区常见的水生蔬菜。研究表明,豆瓣菜含有丰富的维生素C和蛋白质等营养成分,食用价值高;其生物体中硫代葡萄糖苷高,富硒能力强,具有抗癌、抗炎、润肺止咳等药用价值。豆瓣菜能有效吸收富营养化水体中的N,P元素,能有效抑制铜绿微囊藻的生长繁殖,对富营养化水体具有良好的净化功能。对豆瓣菜药食同源和水质净化功能的国内外研究进展进行分析和总结,并对其将来研究开发与推广应用进行展望。
Watercress belongs to the genus Nasturtium R.Br.,Brassicaceae.It is a common aquatic vegetable in Britain and south of China.Research shows that watercress is rich in vitamin C,protein and other nutrients with high edible value.Its organism has high glucosinolates,strong selenium-rich ability,and medicinal values such as anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory,moistening lung for arresting cough In addition,watercress can effectively absorb N and P elements in eutrophic water,and can inhibit the growth and reproduction of Microcystis aeruginosa,which has a good purification function for eutrophic water.This paper summarizes the research progress of watercress medicine food homology and water purification functions at home and abroad,and prospects for its future research,development,popularization and application.
