摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定水中阿特拉津的方法。水中的阿特拉津经有机剂萃取浓缩后,用高效液相色谱柱分离,根据保留时间定性,外标法定量。实验结果表明,该方法具有前处理操作简单、检出限低、灵敏度高等优点,适用于环境监测地表水和地下水中阿特拉津的分析。
A method for the determination of atrazine in water by HPLC was established.Atrazine in water was extracted and concentrated by organic solvent,separated by HPLC column,determined by retention time and quantified by external standard method.The experimental results show that the method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,low detection limit and high sensitivity,and it is suitable for the analysis of atrazine in surface water and groundwater.
