行政区域突发环境事件风险评估研究

通过资料收集、风险源识别、风险受体识别、子区域划分、环境风险防控与应急能力差距分析,采用环境风险指数计算法对区域环境风险进行定性分析。以Y市行政区域风险评估工作为例,开展行政区域突发环境事件风险评估,针对环境风险存在的问题提出相应的环境应急能力提升建议。

Through data collection,risk identification,risk receptor identification,sub-regional division,gap analysis of risk control and emergency response capacity,the use of environmental risk index calculation method to carry out qualitative analysis of regional environmental risk.Taking the risk assessment work in the administrative region of Y city as an example,the risk assessment of environmental emergencies in the administrative region was carried out,and corresponding suggestions on improving the environmental emergency response capacity were put forward in view of the existing problems of environmental risks.
