摘要
介绍了40MN核级粉末成型油压机的主机结构和参数,提出了三工位双模架高效工作机制和高承压可移动模架技术,成功将布料和压制工序分开在不同的工位进行,提高了生产效率;提出了低速加压速度闭环控制方法和保压压力闭环控制方法,实现了加压速度的精确控制和超长时间保压压力的平稳性。
The mainframe structure and parameters of the 40MN nuclear-grade powder forming hydraulic press have been introduced,while the three-station double die base high-efficiency working mechanism and the high-pressure movable mold base technology have been proposed.The cloth and pressing processes have been successfully separated in different stations,which improves the production efficiency.The low-speed pressurizing speed closed-loop control method and the holding pressure closed-loop control method have been put forward.The precise control of the pressurizing speed and the stability of the long-term holding pressure have been realized.
