摘要
为提高短行程复材压机综合性能,降低制造成本,对机架结构进行有限元分析,结合参数化建模技术,通过试验设计和径向基神经网络法构建以刚度和总质量为响应的多目标优化模型,使用NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行优化求解,优化结果表明:上梁刚度提升10.2%,下梁刚度提升17.4%,机架总质量减小3.4%。
In order to improve the comprehensive performance of the short-stroke composite press and reduce the manufacturing cost,the frame structure has been analyzed by finite element analysis,in combination with parametric modeling technology,through experimental design and radial basis neural network method,the multi-objective optimization model responding to stiffness and total mass has been established.The NSGA-II algorithm has been used to conduct the optimized solution.The optimization results show that the stiffness of the upper beam is increased by 10.2%and the stiffness of the lower beam is increased by 17.4%,while the total mass of the frame is reduced by 3.4%.
