摘要 伺服压力机的出现使机械驱动的成型装备具有了柔性化、智能化的特点,工作性能和工艺适应性大大提高。简化结构的同时,也便于装配、减少维修、降低能耗。压力机在生产不同规格零部件过程中,为匹配不同的模具高度,需要对压力机滑块部件的装模高度进行调节。本文针对该装置在调节时的润滑方式进行分析,并提供一种新式的工艺改进措施。 The appearance of the servo press makes the mechanically driven forming equipment have the characteristics of flexibility and intelligence,and the work performance and process adaptability are greatly improved.While simplifying the structure,it also facilitates assembly,reduces maintenance,and reduces energy consumption.In order to match different die height during the production of parts of different specifications of the press,it is necessary to adjust the height of the die assembly of the press slider components.The lubrication method of the device during adjustment has been analyzed in the text,while a new type of process improvement measure has been put forward.
