企业数字化转型是“十四五”规划的核心任务,财务数字化转型事关重大。文章对大数据背景下财务数字化转型过程中面临的挑战进行了系统分析,并基于决策支持的角度,从财务共享数据服务、业财融合、财务绩效、人才培养等方面提出财务数字化转型的路径。

Enterprise digital transformation is the core task of the 14th Five-Year Plan,and financial digital transformation is of great importance.This paper systematically analyzes the challenges faced in the process of financial digital transformation under the background of big data.Based on the perspective of decision support,the paper proposes the path of financial digital transformation from the aspects of financial shared data service,integration of business and finance,financial performance and talent cultivation.
