将初心使命融入高校党办人党性修养的途径研究

On the Way of Integrating the Original Mission into the Party Spirit Cultivation for Party Administrators in Universities

党性修养是党员在改造客观世界中自觉运用党性原则规范自己的行为,改造主观世界,不断开创实践和认识新境界的过程,是党员的自我教育、自我改造、自强自律、自我完善。要牢记初心、达成使命,就必须全面深入地推动全体党员加强党性修养。高校党办人要自觉把初心使命融入党性修养锻炼,要求知善读,深化理论武装;躬身实践,无私无悔奉献;底线思维,完善制度体系;打造一流干部队伍,在党建和发展的大局中谋划推进工作。

Party spirit cultivation is a process in which party members consciously use party spirit principles to regulate their own behaviors,transform the subjective world,and constantly create a new realm of practice and understanding in the transformation of the objective world.It is also a process of self-education,self transformation,self-improvement,self-discipline and self perfection of party members.To keep in mind the original intention and achieve the mission,we must comprehensively and deeply promote all party members to strengthen the cultivation of party spirit.Party administrators in universities should consciously integrate their original mission into the training of party spirit,and require them to know and read well and deepen their theoretical arm;bow to practice selfless dedication without regret;adopt bottom-line thinking to improve the system;build a first-class cadre team and plan to promote the work in the overall situation of party building and development.
