银屑病进行期从分消三焦郁火论治之探析

本文阐述了郁火是银屑病进行期的病机,银屑病进行期患者因体内郁火不得发散,蕴于肌肤而发病。根据火郁发之的思想,课题组提出采用内外兼治从三焦分消郁火的方法治疗此病。清上焦郁火重在清心火和肺火,并结合耳尖放血以因势利导,引邪外出;清中焦郁火,重在于清脾胃之火以及疏肝理气,并结合刮痧法以开腠理郁;清下焦郁火重在通利二便,并结合火针法,使体内郁火从下焦排出。
