《伤寒杂病论》中半夏“角药”的配伍与应用

Compatibility and Application of Pinellia Ternata as Angle Medicines in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases

目的基于角药理论分析《伤寒杂病论》中半夏的配伍与应用,为传承与发展经方、指导临床用药提供有益参考。方法采用频数统计法梳理《伤寒杂病论》所载方剂中半夏出现的频率,在传统药物性味归经及功效的基础上,运用角药理论分析半夏的配伍与应用。结果半夏角药在《伤寒杂病论》中独立成方的有6组,作为方剂主要部分的有10组,作为方剂辅助部分的有1组以及联合应用的角药多组。结论《伤寒杂病论》中半夏“角药”配伍严谨,有助于传承与发展经方,为指导临床实践提供参考。

Objective:To analyze of the compatibility and application of Pinellia ternata in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases based on the theory of angle medicine,and to provide a useful reference for inheriting and developing traditional prescriptions and guiding clinical medication.Methods:Frequency statistics method was used to sort out the frequency of Pinellia ternata in the prescriptions contained in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases.On the basis of traditional medicine′s meridian and efficacy,the compatibility and application of Pinellia ternata were analyzed by the theory of angle medicine.Results:In the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,Pinellia ternata angle medicine had 6 groups of independent prescriptions,10 groups as the main part of the prescription,1 group as an auxiliary part of the prescription,and multiple groups of combined prescription.Conclusion:Pinellia ternata angle medicine in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases has a strict compatibility,which contributes to the inheritance and development of traditional prescriptions,and can provide references for guiding clinical practice.
