摘要 针对冷连轧动态变规格轧制时的动态速降的问题,提出了虚拟主轴-交叉耦合协调控制策略,并设计了模糊控制器。此协调控制策略结合了虚拟主轴同步控制跟随性能良好和交叉耦合同步控制抗扰能力强的优点,仿真结果表明,有效地避免了动态变规格时的动态速降,在稳态轧制时,扰动造成的动态速降是无协调控制策略时的54%,同时上游全部机架产生动态速降,进一步降低了与扰动所在机架间的堆钢程度。 Aiming at the problem of dynamic speed drop of flying gauge change in cold continuous rolling,a virtual spindle cross coupling coordinated control strategy is proposed,and a fuzzy controller is designed. This coordinated control strategy combines the advantages of good tracking performance of virtual spindle synchronous control and strong anti-interference ability of cross coupling synchronous control,and effectively avoids dynamic speed drop of flying gauge change. The simulation results show that in steady rolling,the dynamic speed drop caused by disturbance is 54% of that without coordinated control strategy,and the dynamic speed drop of all upstream stands will occur,which further reduces the degree of steel stacking between the stands with disturbance.
