疫情防控下地铁站内应急疏散实景模拟研究

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情突然爆发后,地铁突发事件在世界各地频频发生,不仅侵害公民人身安全,还引发了极大的社会恐慌。随着国内各单位,学校的相继复工,疫情新形势使疫情防控警务工作面临全新挑战。据统计,突发事件的地点主要集中在地铁站、列车车厢;恐怖袭击工具以及手段主要有刀斧砍杀、爆炸、毒气等,多样化的施暴手段极易造成重大人员伤亡并对社会造成恶劣影响。通过地铁站内实景模拟刀斧砍杀的实验来研究地铁站内人群疏散演变机制,针对疫情防控下地铁站内可能会发生的突发事件提出了应急疏散方案意见。探究应对地铁站内暴恐事件下的处置方案,为我国特殊时期维护社会稳定,预防突发事件,有效降低人员伤亡与社会财产损失提供新思路。 After the sudden outbreak of the Coronavirus epidemic,subway emergencies occurred frequently all over the world,which not only violated the personal safety of citizens,but also caused great social panic. With the successive resumption of work in various domestic units and schools,the new situation of the epidemics has brought new challenges to the police work of epidemic prevention and control. According to statistics,the locations of emergencies are mainly concentrated in subway stations and train cars;terrorist attack tools and methods mainly include slashing,explosions,poisonous gas,etc.,and diversified violent methods can easily cause heavy casualties and cause bad society influences. The evolution mechanism of crowd evacuation in subway stations was studied through experiments of realistic simulations of slashing and killing in subway stations,and emergency evacuation plans were put forward for emergencies that may occur in subway stations under epidemic prevention and control. Exploring solutions to deal with violent terrorist incidents in subway stations,and provide new ideas for maintaining social stability,preventing emergencies,and effectively reducing casualties and social property losses in our country during the special period.
