朱良春痛风方的临床应用研究

Clinical application of Zhu Liangchun gout prescription

目的:探讨以朱良春痛风方治疗痛风的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年8月在本院门急诊确诊为痛风性关节炎的患者100例,按照随机数字法,将之分为对照组、研究组,平均每组50例。对照组采取西医常规治疗,研究组则在相同的西医治疗基础上予以中医治疗(方药组成主要取自国医大师朱良春痛风方)。对比观察治疗至症状完全缓解所需天数、治疗前后血尿酸值、1年内随访痛风是否复发。结果:治疗后尿酸值达标率研究组明显高于对照组,研究组1年内的痛风复发率明显低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用朱良春痛风方治疗痛风,既可有效降低患者的血尿酸,又可明显减少痛风的复发。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Zhu Liangchun gout prescription in the treatment of gout.Methods:a total of 100 patients diagnosed with gout arthritis in the outpatient and emergency department of hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number method,with an average of 50 patients in each group.The control group only received conventional western medicine treatment,while the research group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the same western medicine treatment(mainly from the gout prescription of Zhu Liangchun,a master of Traditional Chinese medicine).The days from treatment to complete remission of symptoms,serum uric acid levels before and after treatment,and the recurrence of gout within 1 year were recorded.Results:After treatment the rate of uric acid reaching standard in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the gout within 1 year recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Zhu Liangchun gout prescription to treat gout can not only effectively reduce the blood uric acid of patients,but also significantly reduce the recurrence of gout.
