PPR/Ca-Pim共混体系结晶性能研究

摘要 Ca-Pim作为一种β-成核剂,具有高效诱导成核功能。本文研究了PPR/Ca-Pim共混体系的结晶性能及其影响因素,发现Ca-Pim含量、降温速率和结晶结构对PPR/Ca-Pim共混体系的结晶性能有重要影响。Ca-Pim对PPR结晶温度的影响并不显著,但可有效诱导β晶形成,k_(β)值可高达0.9。在0.05wt%~0.5wt%范围内,k_(β)受Ca-Pim含量的影响不大,快速降温有利于增加PPR/Ca-Pim中的β晶含量;PPR/Ca-Pim的结晶结构以β晶为主,表明Ca-Pim能够高效地诱导PPR形成β晶。 As aβ-nucleating agent,Ca-Pim had the function of efficiently inducing nucleation.In this paper,by studying the crystallization properties of the PPR/Ca-Pim blend system and its influence factors,it was found that the content of Ca-Pim,the cooling rate and the crystalline structure had important effects on the crystallization properties of the PPR/Ca-Pim blend system.Ca-Pim had no significant effect on the crystallization temperature of PPR,but it could effectively induce the formation ofβcrystals,and the k_(β)value could be as high as 0.9.In the range of 0.05wt%~0.5wt%,k_(β)was not greatly affected by the content of Ca-Pim,and rapid cooling was beneficial to increase the content ofβcrystals in PPR/Ca-Pim.The crystalline structure of PPR/Ca-Pim was dominated byβcrystals,indicated that Ca-Pim could efficiently induce PPR to formβcrystals.
