摘要
以Cd(NO_(3))_(2)·4H_(2)O为镉源,Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3)·5H_(2)O为硫源,采用水热合成法成功制备出CdS亚微米球。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM),对得到的产物进行了表征,并利用紫外/可见(UV/Vis)分光光度计,对其光吸收性能进行了测试。结果表明,制备的亚微米球状CdS材料在可见光波段具有较好的光吸收性能。
Applied Cd(NO_(3))_(2)·4H_(2)O as cadmium source,Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3)·5H_(2)O as sulfur source,CdS submicron spheres were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and their optical absorption properties were tested by UV/Vis spectrophotometer.The results showed that the prepared submicron spherical CdS materials possessed good optical absorption properties in the visible light band.
