摘要
以酶解木质素为原料,70%的离子液体水溶液为溶剂介质,氯化镍(NiCl_(2))为催化剂,考察了木质素浓度(木质素质量与离子溶剂质量之比,mg·mg^(-1))、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对木质素催化解聚的影响,利用紫外光谱仪,对解聚产物中的乙醚可溶物和水可溶物进行结构表征。结果表明,在木质素浓度为0.3mg·mg^(-1)、催化剂用量为0.024g、反应温度为130℃、反应时间为4h的催化解聚条件下,木质素的催化效果最佳。
In this paper,applied enzymatic hydrolysis of lignin as raw material,70%gionic liquid aqueous solution as solvent medium,nickel chloride(NiCl_(2))as catalyst,the influence of lignin concentration(ratio of lignin quality to ionic solvent quality,mg/mg),catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the catalytic depolymerization of lignin,were investigated.The structure of depolymerized products was characterized by ultraviolet spectrometers.It was found that when the lignin concentration was 0.3mg/mg,the catalyst dosage was 0.024g,the reaction temperature was 130℃,the reaction time was 4h,the lignin catalytic effect was the best.
