摘要
自锁阀受到压力和流量方面的限制,难以满足高压大流量液压与气动系统的应用要求。因此,提出一种结构紧凑、可靠性高、使用简单的高压大流量先导式自锁阀。采用高压自锁阀作为先导级,利用压差驱动主阀;采用内部溢流结构使阀门无流体外溢,从而使阀门更加清洁和节能。对该自锁阀结构原理进行论述,并对其关键电磁部分及流场进行仿真分析,证明了方案的有效性。
The self-locking valve is restricted by pressure and flow,so it is difficult to meet the application requirements of highpressure and large-flow hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Therefore,a kind of high pressure and large flow pilot self-locking valve with compact structure,high reliability and simple operation was proposed.The high pressure self-locking valve was used as the pilot stage and the pressure differential was used to drive the main valve;the valve was cleaner and more energy efficient by using an internal overflow structure to make the valve no fluid overflow.The structure principle of the self-locking valve was discussed,and the key electromagnetic part and flow field of the valve were simulated,by which the effectiveness of the scheme was proved.
