知识生产模式下地方高校区域性一流学科建设的路径优化 被引量:2

Path Optimization of Local Universities in Regional World-class Discipline Construction under Knowledge Production Model

摘要 建设区域性一流学科是地方高校适应国家高等教育政策的应然行为,也是地方高校提升办学实力的实然目标。通过对西南地区87所地方高校学科建设的研究发现:从知识生产模式理论分析,地方高校是知识的主要生产场所,教师群体是知识的重要创造者,学生个体是知识的直接传承者,地方企业是知识的有效评估者,地方政府是知识权益的维护者。地方高校、学科教师、学生个体、地方企业和地方政府构成了一个完整的知识生产、创造、传承、评估和维权的循环系统。地方高校在推进区域性一流学科建设中存在以下问题,学科教师不足以支撑一流学科发展目标的重任;学生个体不符合一流学科建设实践逻辑的要求;社会组织未形成一流学科多元主体共治的机制。基于知识生产模式的视角,从知识资本角度、人才培养层面、知识权益保障上提出了地方高校推进区域性一流学科建设的有效路径。 Constructing regional world-class discipline is what local universities shall do in adapting to the state higher education policies;it is also the actual target of local universities to improve their educational strength.The paper studies the discipline construction of 87 local universities in southwest China and makes the following findings:according to an analysis based on the knowledge production model,local uni-versities are major venues for knowledge production;teachers as a group are important creators of knowl-edge;student individuals are the direct inheritors of knowledge;local businesses are effective evaluators of knowledge;and the local government is the vindicator of knowledge rights and interests.A complete cyclic system is formed involving the local university,course teacher,individual student,local business,and lo-cal government to produce,create,inherit,and assess knowledge,as well as protect the rights of knowl-edge.In promoting the construction of regional world-class discipline,local universities have to address the following problems:course teachers are not up to the standard of achieving the target of world-class dis-cipline development;student individuals do not conform to practical logic requirements of world-class dis-cipline construction;and social organizations have not yet formulated a mechanism for the multi-subject shared governance of world-class discipline.From the perspective of knowledge production model,the pa-per proposes an effective route for local universities to promote regional world-class discipline construction in terms of knowledge capital,talent cultivation,and the guarantee of knowledge rights and interests.
