摘要
针对5-2011回风巷在回采过程中巷道两帮变形、底鼓严重等问题,提出了采用加强顶板和两帮支护强度及对底部采用底板锚杆和注浆锚杆支护方案。经过现场监测和实践表明:底鼓量最大可达80 mm,两帮收敛量最大可到170 mm,分别为原支护下围岩底鼓和两帮变形量的5.7%和22.8%,支护效果显著,能够满足矿井正常安全生产要求。
Aiming at the problems of deformation of two sides and serious floor heave of the 5-2011 return air roadway in the process of mining,this paper puts forward the scheme of strengthening the support strength of roof and two sides and adopting floor bolt and grouting bolt for the bottom.The field monitoring and practice show that the maximum amount of floor heave can reach 80 mm,and the maximum amount of convergence of two sides can reach 170 mm,which are 5.7%and 22.8%of the deformation of floor heave and two sides of surrounding rock under the original support,respectively.The support effect is remarkable,and can meet the requirements of normal and safe production of the mine.
