摘要
为解决托盘变形破坏引发的巷道支护系统失效问题,以同煤集团81511综放工作面顺槽回风巷支护系统为研究对象,采用现场调研和力学分析方法,对托盘变形破坏机理及结构优化展开了研究。研究结果表明:平面托盘中央及四周易在预紧力作用下产生撕裂和扭翘破坏,球型托盘的球体结构可以有效分散预紧力并降低应力集中,工作面巷道支护过程中球型锚索托盘均未产生变形破坏,有效锚索的锚固力皆达到170 kN。
In order to solve the failure problem of roadway support system caused by pallet deformation and failure,the supporting system of return air roadway in the 81511 fully mechanized caving face of Tongmei Group was taken as the research object,and the mechanism of pallet deformation and failure and structure optimization were studied by field investigation and mechanical analysis.The research results show that:the center and four sides of the plane tray are easy to tear and twist under the pre tightening force,the spherical structure of the spherical tray can effectively disperse the pre tightening force and reduce the stress concentration,the spherical anchor cable tray has no deformation and damage in the process of roadway support,and the effective anchor cable anchorage force is up to 170 kN.
