摘要 为有效解决井下排水设备劳动强度大、操作繁琐等问题,对主排水系统进行自动化、智能化改造,对控制方式和上位机软件进行了深化设计,并完成了现场效果检验。结果表明:系统能够自动根据水量确定水泵开启台数和运行时间,实现对各水泵的在线监控和自动控制,出现故障时具有自诊断功能和自动开停功能,实现泵房的无人值守。 In order to effectively solve the problems of heavy labor intensity and complicated operation of underground drainage equipment,the main drainage system was reformed automatically and intelligently,the control mode and upper computer software were designed in depth,and the field effect test was completed.The results show that the system can automatically determine the number of pumps and the running time according to the water quantity,realize the online monitoring and automatic control of each pump,have the function of self diagnosis and automatic start and stop in case of failure,and realize the unattended operation of the pump room.
