综掘机在经坊煤业煤巷下山掘进中的实践

Practice of Comprehensive Driving Machine in Downhill Driving of Coal Roadway in Jingfang Coal Industry

经坊煤业3-603工作面切眼导硐采用EBZ260H综掘机施工。针对该大倾角煤巷掘进时回撤拉底困难、综摇机油管易爆裂、供油困难及下滑等问题,设计了在巷道内安装车辅助牵引、加装综掘机副油箱等方案。

EBZ260H fully mechanized tunneling machine was used to construct the pilot tunnel of the 3-603 working face in Jingfang Coal Industry.In view of the problems such as difficult to withdraw and pull the bottom,easy to burst the oil pipe of the fully mechanized rocking machine,difficult to supply oil and sliding in the large inclined coal roadway,the schemes of installing auxiliary traction vehicle in the roadway and installing auxiliary oil tank of the fully mechanized roadheader are designed.
