摘要
根据新河矿业选煤厂粗煤泥回收工艺系统的现状,通过采用ZKJ1408-D4叠层高频振动细筛对粗煤泥回收系统进行了粗精煤泥精细分级的技术改造,解决了重介精煤“背灰”的问题,提高了选煤厂的精煤产率,具有显著的经济效益。
According to the present situation of coarse slime recovery process system in Xinhe Mining Coal Preparation Plant,the fine classification of coarse slime in coarse slime recovery system was improved by using ZKJ1408-D4 laminated high frequency vibrating fine screen,which solved the problem of"back ash"of dense medium clean coal,improved the clean coal yield of coal preparation plant,and had significant economic benefits.
