摘要
在数字化及老龄化背景下,老年人的数字鸿沟问题愈发凸显,提升老年人媒介与信息素养迫在眉睫。文章采用德尔菲专家调查法和层次分析法相结合的方式,构建针对老年人的媒介与信息素养评估框架,包含5个一级指标、16个二级指标和34个三级指标,体系完整并带有权重。指标体系展示了老年人MIL能力组成和具体表征,可以用来评估老年人个体或群体的MIL水平,也可以用来分析老年群体MIL水平的目标与差距。
In the context of population aging and digitalization,the digital divide of the elderly is becoming increasingly prominent.A prompt improvement of senior media and information literacy is necessary.In this paper,a media and information literacy evaluation framework for elderly people was established,using a Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The evaluation system,with integrity and weighting,consists of 5 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators.Revealing the MIL competencies for the elderly and their features,the system could be used to evaluate the MIL level of elderly individuals or groups and analyze the MIL goals and gaps of elderly groups.
