黄汉的《管子经济思想》研究论述

黄汉是民国时期经济思想家,撰写了该时期第一部研究《管子》经济思想的专著——《管子经济思想》。该专著采用中西杂糅的研究范式,从《管子》成书年代、指导思想、哲学基础出发,理论与现实紧密结合,分析《管子》的货币学说、财政政策、工业政策、商业政策、农业政策、分配与消费等,通篇特别是在最后章节中给予管子经济思想极高评价。该专著研究范式较好地体现出中西交融、古今互通的特点,体现出以国家干预手段发展振兴民族经济主张,对于后来其他研究者产生积极重要影响。

Huang Han,an economic thinker in the period of the Republic of China,wrote Economic Thought of Guan Zi,the first monograph on the economic thought of Guan Zi.The monograph adopts the re-search paradigm mixing Chinese and Western methods,analyzes the monetary theory,fiscal policy,industri-al policy,commercial policy,agricultural policy,distribution and consumption of Guan Zi from the entry points of the book completion time,guiding ideology and philosophical basis,integrates theory with practice closely,and gives a high evaluation of Guan Zi’s economic thought,especially in the final chapter.The re-search paradigm of this monograph reflects the characteristics of blending Chinese and Western features and the interconnection between ancient and modern civilization,puts forward the idea of developing and revital-izing the national economy by means of state intervention,which has a positive and important influence on other researchers.
