摘要
高校教师是否拥有职业幸福感,不仅是对个人生活质量的衡量,也是对教育事业的满意程度、忠诚度的体现,同时也是影响对学生进行思政教育不可或缺的因素。文章从阐释高校教师职业幸福感的内涵入手,分析提升高校教师职业幸福感的意义所在,进而从心理要素、知识要素以及科研能力要素几方面,指出提升高校教师职业幸福感的实现路径。
Whether college teachers have occupational well-being is not only a way to measure personal quality of life,but also a reflection of satisfaction and loyalty to the educational cause.Meanwhile,it is an in-dispensable factor influencing the ideological and political education of students.Starting with the interpreta-tion of the connotation of occupational well-being of college teachers,this paper analyzes the significance of improving the occupational well-being of college teachers,and points out the realization paths of improving the occupational well-being of college teachers from the aspects of psychological factors,knowledge factors,and the factors of scientific research ability.
