皮肤用成膜制剂研究进展

Research progress of film-forming preparation for skin

由药物,成膜基质和易挥发溶剂组成,涂抹在患处待溶剂挥发后可形成一层薄膜作为药物储库持续释药并保护创面的制剂统称为成膜制剂。成膜制剂包括涂膜剂、喷膜剂和成膜凝胶。该类制剂制备方法简单,不需要特殊仪器设备,在患处可形成干膜保护创面不受污染且不易被衣物擦除,在外用制剂领域有广泛的应用前景。成膜制剂目前仍属于小众剂型,未得到广泛的应用,大量关于成膜制剂的文献研究还只停留在处方筛选、体外释放、透皮吸收等阶段。本文将从处方研究、制备工艺以及质量评价等方面归纳总结及展望近几年成膜制剂的研究情况,为今后的开发及应用提供新的思路。

Film-forming formulations are composed of drugs,film-forming substrates and volatile solvents,and are applied to the wound and then evaporate to form a film as a drug storage for continuous release of drugs and protection of the wound surface.The film-forming preparation includes paints,film-forming sprays and film-forming gel.The preparation method is simple,does not need special equipment,a dry film can be formed on the wound to protect the wound from contamination and is not easily wiped by clothing.It has extensive development and application prospect.However,it is still a niche dosage form and have not been extensively developed and researched.A large number of literature studies on instant film-forming preparations have only stayed in the stages of prescription screening,in vitro release,and transdermal absorption.This papersummarizes the research on film-forming formulations from the aspects of prescription research,preparation process and quality evaluation in recent years,and provide new ideas for future development and application.
