阿米替林片合理应用评价标准的建立及应用

Evaluation criteria for the rational use of amitriptyline tablets

目的建立阿米替林片合理应用评价标准,评价其应用合理性,为临床合理使用提供参考。方法以药品说明书为框架,依据循证医学证据建立阿米替林片合理应用评价标准。采用回顾性分析方法,收集某三甲医院2020年1月1日—2020年6月31日开具的阿米替林片门诊处方,按照评价标准进行点评。结果 538张处方中,无适应证用药占48.3%,用法用量符合率仅为24.9%,2张处方存在禁忌证用药,1张处方存在潜在的药物相互作用。结论依据合理应用评价标准,发现该院阿米替林片使用总体欠合理,应采取积极的干预措施规范阿米替林片的使用。同时,合理应用评价标准为阿米替林片超说明书用药院内备案提供了重要参考。

Objective To evaluate criteria for the rational use of amitriptyline tablets and their clinical application to provide reference for clinical medicination.Methods Evaluation criteria were established with reference to drug instructions and evidence of evidence-based medicine.The outpatient prescriptions of amitriptyline tablets were collected from January 1,2020 to June 31st,2020 in a tertiary hospital and rationality retrospectively analyzed according to the evaluation criteria.Results A total of 538 prescriptions of amitriptyline tablets were studied.The rate of indication of amitriptyline tablets was only 48.3%and that of usage and dosage was 24.9%.There were contraindications in 2 prescriptions.Potential drug-drug interactions were found in 1 prescription.Conclusion The rationality of amitriptyline tablets use needs improvement and intervention.The evaluation criteria for rational use of amitriptyline tablets provide an important reference for the management of off label drug use in hospitals.
