摘要
泵站技术供水系统是泵站安全运行的重要保障。传统供水方式存在可靠性不足、耗能多等缺陷,为了优化泵站工程中技术供水系统的稳定性,本文以溧阳市城市防洪新区枢纽泵站为例,对该工程应用的变频恒压供水装置进行研究,介绍变频恒压供水设备的结构并分析其技术原理、功能特点,以及PLC控制柜的功能设计,认为该装置稳定可靠且高效节能,可为类似泵站工程技术供水系统的改造提供一定参考。
The technical water supply system of the pumping station is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the pumping station.The traditional water supply mode has the defect of insufficient reliability,high energy consumption,etc.Liyang urban flood control new district hub pumping station is adopted as an example in the paper in order to optimize the stability of technical water supply systems in the pumping station project.The frequency conversion and constant pressure water supply devices are studied.The structure of the frequency conversion and constant pressure water supply equipment is introduced.The technical principles,functions and characteristics thereof are analyzed.The function design of PLC control cabinets is described.It is considered that the device is stable,reliable,efficient and energy-saving,which can provide some reference for the transformation of the water supply system in similar pumping station engineering technology.
