摘要
麻城市浮桥河水厂二期工程在深基坑石方爆破开挖过程中,基坑内石块大块率产出较高,二次破碎施工成本高,铲装效率低。本文从“人、机、料、法、环”五个方面分析,找到了影响爆破石块大块率的主要原因,通过制定对策和实施,有效地降低了深基坑深孔爆破石块大块率,提高了铲装效率,取得了显著的社会效益与经济效益,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The yield of large stones in the foundation pit is high,the construction cost of secondary crushing is high,and the shoveling efficiency is low in the process of deep foundation pit stone blasting excavation of Macheng Floating Bridge River Works Phase II Project.Five aspects are analyzed in the paper,namely“man,machine,material,method and ring”.Main reasons affecting the rate of large stones in blasting rocks are discovered.The countermeasures and implementationare formulated to effectively reduce the rate of large stones in the deep foundation pit longhole blasting,improve the shovel loading efficiency,obtaining remarkable social benefit and economic benefit,and providing reference for similar projects.
