摘要
超期服役水轮发电机组继续稳定运行可能存在安全隐患,必须对其进行安全评估。以葛洲坝水电站为例,对超期服役的水轮发电机组开展了安全评估工作。结果表明:①通过分析现有超期服役水轮发电机组运行的基本情况,提出了开展安全评估的工作范围、方法和准则;②通过采取现场外观检查评估、试验检测、数值计算(关键部件刚强度分析与疲劳强度计算)和综合评估的方法,对水轮发电机组的现状、性能等指标进行检测和分析,根据分析结果,可以评估出超期服役水轮发电机组的剩余寿命,在此基础上,可以给出相关的改造建议和改造方案。研究成果可为类似电站水轮发电机组的安全评估提供借鉴。
It is necessary to carry out safety evaluation on hydraulic turbine-generator units in extended service.In this paper,taking the Gezhouba Hydropower Station as an example,we carry out a safety evaluation for the hydraulic turbine-generator units in extended service.The working scope,methods and criteria of safety evaluation are put forward by analyzing the basic operation conditions of the existing hydraulic turbine-generator units in extended service.Through on-site appearance inspection and evaluation,test detection and numerical calculation(stiffness and strength analysis of key components and fatigue strength calculation)and the comprehensive evaluation method,we detect and analyze the current situation and performance of the hydraulic turbine-generator unit.According to the analysis results,we can evaluate the residual life of extended service hydraulic turbine-generator units,and give the relevant reformation suggestion and plan.The research results can provide reference for the safety evaluation of similar hydraulic turbine-generator units in extended service.
