高等职业院校稳就业、促创业运行模式与创新实践案例研究

A case study on the operation mode and innovative practice of stabilizing employment and promoting entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges

高等职业院校深入推进稳就业、促创业工作可从立德树人、产教融合、课赛证训、双创教育、国际合作、指导服务等多个维度入手,系统化打造人才培养高地,健全教育教学体系,畅通供需衔接渠道,促进创业带动就业,推动培养范式变革,优化指导服务流程。以中国特色高水平高职学校建设单位哈尔滨职业技术学院为例,通过案例研究,探讨高职院校人才培养优化路径、教育教学管理系统、产教融合创新模式、实践育人强化方式、国际办学多元形式、管理服务智能手段,有助于进一步提升高职院校就业创业工作质量,为经济社会发展培养输送高素质复合型技术技能人才。

In order to further promote the work of stable employment and promote entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges,we can start from moral cultivation,integration of industry and education,teaching courses,obtaining qualification certificates,holding competitions,International cooperation,trainingpractical education,guidance services and other dimensions,systematically build a highland of talent training,smooth the connection channel between supply and demand,promote entrepreneurship and employment,promote the transformation of training paradigm,and optimize the guidance service process.Taking Harbin vocational and technical college,the construction unit of high-level higher vocational schools with Chinese characteristics,as an example,through analysis and research,this paper discusses the optimization path of talent cultivation,the innovative mode of production and education integration,the construction of teaching management system,the strengthening mode of practical education,Pluralistic forms of international education and the intelligent means of management and service in higher vocational colleges,which will help to further improve the quality of employment and entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational Colleges and cultivate talents for economic and social development Transport high-quality compound technical talents.
