新时代洛阳市实施“四水同治”实践与思考

Practice and thinking of implementing“water resources、water ecology、water environment and water disaster co-governance”in Luoyang in the new era

本文分析了洛阳市水利现状存在的问题。按照习近平总书记提出的新时期水利工作方针,落实河南省关于水资源、水环境、水生态、水灾害“四水同治”部署要求,通过采取九大治水措施来持续提升水资源配置、水生态修复、水环境治理、水灾害防治能力,以水资源的可持续高效利用助推全市经济高质量发展。

In this paper,the existing problems of water conservancy in Luoyang city are analyzed.According to the water control policy of General Secretary Xi Jinping in the new era,the deployment requirements of“water resources、water ecology、water environment and water disaster co-governance”in Henan Province are implemented.By adopting nine water control measures,the capacity of water resources allocation,water ecological restoration,water environment management and water disaster prevention and control can be continuously improved,and the sustainable and efficient use of water resources can promote the high-quality economic development of the whole city.
