十四五期间道旭引黄灌区水资源供需规模预测分析

Forecast and analysis of water resources supply and demand scale in Daoxu Yellow River irrigation area during the tenth five-year plan period

基于十四五期间滨州市引黄灌区持续进行节水配套改造的大背景,本文分别以2020年和2025年为现状年和规划年,对道旭引黄灌区50%水文年的需水量进行预测及供需平衡分析,并提出开展水利工程节水改造,满足灌区未来用水需求;采取工程措施的同时,应结合实施高效灌溉制度并科学调整农业种植结构;结合滨州市雨污分流民生工程,促进城市雨水资源化利用;实施江河湖水系连通项目,涵养水源等建议,以期达到节水压采的节水目标。

Based on the background of continuous water-saving renovation in Binzhou Yellow River Irrigation District during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,this paper takes 2020 and 2025 as the current and planning years respectively,forecasts the water demand of Daoxu Yellow River Irrigation District in 50%hydrological years and analyzes the balance between supply and demand,and proposes to carry out water-saving renovation of water conservancy projects to meet the future water demand of irrigation district.At the same time of taking engineering measures,we should implement high-efficiency irrigation system and scientifically adjust agricultural planting structure;Combined with the people’s livelihood project of rain and sewage diversion in Binzhou city,promote the utilization of urban rainwater resources;Suggestions such as connecting rivers and lakes,conserving water sources,etc.,in order to achieve the water-saving goal of water-saving pressure mining.
