为进一步细化重点区域地下水超采治理的目标任务和对策措施,本文以全国重点区域地下水超采治理与保护方案编制工作为基础,对洮北区超采情况、引发问题及超采原因进行了分析,并提出了适应白城市洮北区地下水超采治理与保护的对策和建议。可为类似地区的地下水超采治理与保护提供参考。

In order to further refine the objectives,tasks and countermeasures of groundwater overexploitation control in key areas.Based on the compilation of groundwater over-exploitation treatment and protection scheme in key areas of China,this paper analyzes the situation,problems and reasons of over-exploitation in Taobei District,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to adapt to the over-exploitation treatment and protection of groundwater in Taobei District of Baicheng City.It can provide reference for groundwater over-exploitation treatment and protection in similar areas.
