岗位需求下高职口腔颌面外科学知识体系评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of the Knowledge System of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Job Demands

摘要 目的从岗位需求出发分析高职高专《口腔颌面外科学》知识体系。方法从全国东中西部随机抽取1261名高职高专口腔医学毕业生(毕业1~3年)进行问卷调查,对该课程理论知识点(38项)及实践技能(13项)以接触频度"很常见、常见、一般、少见、很少见"进行问卷调查,采用李克特5分类量表,对各知识点和实践技能接触频度得分采用均值并以描述性统计按均值从高到低进行排列,以接触频度"一般(3分)"为筛选临界值,筛选得分高和低的项目。结果理论知识点"口腔局部麻醉"、"牙拔除术""下颌智牙冠周炎"等23项得分均值高于3分,在教学和考核中应做强化,"腮腺和炎"、"颞下颌关节强直"、"鳞状细胞癌"15个知识点低于3分为少见或很少见,相应的要求可以有所降低。实践技能知识点"颌骨骨折的诊断和处理","口腔颌面部肿瘤的检查和处理"2个项目3分以下,其余11个项目在3分以上。结论以岗位需求为出发点,现有的口腔颌面外科学知识体系应调整侧重在牙及牙槽外科相关内容,该结果为人才培养和准入考核提供一定的参考意义。 Objective To Analyze the knowledge system of oral and maxillofacial surgery in higher vocational from the perspective of job demands.Methods A total of 1261 graduates of stomatology from higher vocational school(1~3 years after graduation)were randomly selected from the east and west of China.The theoretical knowledge points(38 items)and practical skills(13 items)of the course were investigated according to the contact frequency of"very common,common,ordinary,rare and very rare",likert 5 classification scale was adopted.The mean score of the contact frequency of knowledge points and practical skills was recorded and ranked from high to low by descriptive statistics.The ordinary contact frequency(3 points)was used as the critical value to select items with high and low scores.Results The average score of 23 items of theoretical knowledge,such as"oral local anesthesia","tooth extraction","mandibular wisdom tooth pericoronary inflammation",was higher than 3 points,which should be strengthened in teaching and assessment.15 items of knowledge,such as"mumps","temporomandibular joint compulsory"and"squamous cell carcinoma",were rare or very rare,and could be used as the content of understanding."The diagnosis and treatment of jaw fracture","the examination and treatment of oral and maxillofacial tumors"2 items score less than 3 points,the remaining 11 items score more than 3 points.Conclusion Based on the position requirements,the existing knowledge system of oral and maxillofacial surgery should be adjusted to focus on the related contents of dental and alveolar surgery,which provides certain reference significance for talent training and admission assessment.
