摘要
目的探讨基于雨课堂平台的"CBL+FCM"教学模式的应用效果及教学意义,评估其应用前景。方法选取锦州医科大学2016级临床医学专业学生60名,随机分为对照组和教改组,分别采用基于雨课堂的线上教学模式、基于雨课堂的"CBL+FCM"教学模式,并进行教学评价。结果(1)出科考核:教改组理论知识成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)问卷调查:对教学模式的满意度;能够激发学习热情;能够提高学习效果;能够提高自学能力,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用基于雨课堂平台的"CBL+FCM"教学模式能提高教学效果,改善教学质量,为老年医学教学提供了新的思路和模式。
Objective To explore the application effect and teaching significance of"CBL+FCM"teaching mode based on the rain classroom platform,and evaluate its application prospect.Methods 60 clinical medicine students of Jinzhou Medical University in 2016 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the teaching reform group.The teaching model based on rain classroom and the"CBL+FCM"teaching model based on rain classroom were used for teaching evaluation.Results(1)Entrance examination:comparison of theoretical knowledge scores between control group and teaching reform group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Questionnaire survey:compared with the control group,satisfaction with the teaching mode,stimulation of students’enthusiasm for learning,improvement of learning effect,improvement of self-study ability,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"CBL+FCM"teaching mode based on the rain classroom platform can improve the teaching effect,improve the teaching quality,and provide a new thinking and mode for geriatric medicine teaching.
