摘要
目的分析医学模拟教学在临床技能培训中作用。方法选取本校2019年护理毕业班学生共45名设为研究对象,实施对比性研究。取随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组23例、观察组22例。对比两组期中、期末临床护理技能考核成绩变化及教学满意度。结果期中时,各维度临床技能考核成绩组间对比,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;期末时,观察组各维度临床技能考核成绩较对照组均有明显提升,且教学满意度较高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论临床技能培训中采用医学模拟教学可实现对在校护生各方面临床护理技能的有效培训,帮助其尽早熟悉护理常见情境,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the role of medical simulation teaching in clinical skills training.Methods A total of 45 students from our school’s nursing graduation class in 2019 were selected as the research object to carry out comparative research.Random number table method was used to randomly divide them into 23 cases in the control group and 22 cases in the observation group.Comparing the mid-term and final clinical nursing skill assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results At midterm,there was no statistical difference between the clinical skill assessment scores of all dimensions,P>0.05;at the end of the period,the clinical skill assessment scores of each dimension of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the teaching satisfaction was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of medical simulation teaching in clinical skills training can achieve effective training of clinical nursing skills in various aspects of nursing students at school,and help them familiarize with common nursing situations as early as possible,with significant results.
