摘要
目的研究分析护生在静脉输液中的护理缺陷与带教老师的相关性。方法采用随机的方法选取58名护生以及与其相对应的58名带教老师,采用多因素等级调查问卷对其进行测评,按照不同的得分对护生及带教老师进行比较、分析。结果护生在静脉输液中的护理缺陷与带教老师有相关性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);分值较高的带教老师责任心较强,分值较低的带教老师责任心较差,并且得分高与得分低的带教老师的职称与工作年限存在明显差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上职称高、工作年限长以及责任心强的老师带教的护生在静脉输液过程中出现护理缺陷的情况相对较少,因此使带教老师的责任心得到加强可以使教学质量提高。
Objective To study and analyze the correlation between nursing defects of nursing students in intravenous infusion and teachers.Methods 58 nursing students and their corresponding 58 teachers were selected by random method.They were assessed by multi factor questionnaire,and compared and analyzed according to different scores.Results There was a significant correlation between the nursing defects of nursing students in intravenous infusion and the teachers(P<0.05);the teachers with higher score have stronger sense of responsibility,while the teachers with lower score have poorer sense of responsibility.There are significant differences between the teachers with higher score and those with lower score in professional title and working years,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,nursing students with high professional title,long working years and strong sense of responsibility are less likely to have nursing defects in the process of intravenous infusion,so strengthening the sense of responsibility of the teachers can improve the quality of teaching.
